Delivery Times/Shipping/Order Processing
- Tether My Treasure currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
- No additional rural charges
We will process your order within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following cleared payment. Bank transfer payments can only be checked the next business day. Deliveries where public holidays fall will be delayed.
Allow up to 2-4 days for delivery, 3-5 days for rural addresses once your order has been shipped.
Please be sure to check your delivery address and receivers’ names are correct and completed (including business names), as we are unable to make any changes to these specific details once your order has been dispatched. Tether My Treasure take no responsibility to lost/missing orders due to incorrect delivery details supplied by you.
All deliveries require signature on delivery. Please inspect all goods before signing for your order.
A redelivery fee (card left) of $6.50 will apply to items which are not able to be delivered first time around. Please make sure that there will be someone present at your stated delivery address to avoid this.
While we take every measure to keep our website up to date, we cannot guarantee items stated in stock, will be in stock at the time of your order. We will make contact to discuss options if your item is not available.
All items remain property of Tether My Treasure until full payment has cleared.
Layby is only available by creating an account with www.laybuy.com, we do not accept manual layby payments.
Laybuy is only available for orders over $100 (excluding shipping).
The privacy of your data, orders and credit cards is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway using secure encryption.
Due to the nature of our items, returns can only be done on a case by case basis.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 10 days of purchase. Return shipping is to be covered by the consumer.
We will always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993)
