Shipping & Returns


  • Tether My Treasure only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We will process your order within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following cleared payment.
Bank transfer payments can only be checked the next business day. 
Deliveries where public holidays fall will be delayed.
Allow up to 2-4 days for delivery, 3-5 days for rural addresses once your order has been dispatched.
Please be sure to check your delivery address and receivers’ names are correct and completed (including business names), as we are unable to make any changes to these specific details once your order has been dispatched.
Tether My Treasure take no responsibility to lost/missing orders due to incorrect delivery details supplied by you.
All deliveries require signature on delivery. 
Please inspect all goods before signing for your order. 
A re-delivery fee (card left) of $6.50 will apply to items which are not able to be delivered first time around. Please make sure that there will be someone present at your stated delivery address to avoid this.


Stock Availability
While we take every measure to keep our website up to date, we cannot guarantee items stated in stock, will be in stock at the time of your order. We will make contact to discuss options if your item is not available. 


Due to the nature of our items, returns can only be done on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping is to be covered by the consumer.
Returns cannot be done on goods where your circumstances have changed or due to change of mind.
We will always honor our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993) and Fair Trading Act (FTC).
